Third Bullet introduces the Gold Chip rewards program. This unique program is designed to generously reward you for your frequent play and determine your RANK.
Earning Gold Chips
When you play at real money games or pay tournament fees, you will earn Frequent Player Points (FPP). As you accumulate FPPs, you begin to fill in your Gold Chip Meter.

Once your Gold Chip Meter is full, you will receive a Gold Chip.

Once you earn a Gold Chip, it is yours to keep.
Using Your Gold Chips
Although your RANK is based on the number of Gold Chips accumulated each month, you may freely spend any earned Gold Chips on our numerous promotions without affecting your Rank or Winner’s Bounty payouts.
Every week, you can redeem your Gold Chip for a shot at our Weekly Gold Chip Giveaways and freerolls. Click on the Gold Chips tab in the Tournament section of the Third Bullet poker software.
Gold Chip Schedule

Gold Cards are a unique feature at Third Bullet that reward cash game players. Gold Card are redeemable for a variety of exclusive Third Bullet events and prizes and do not expire. For a complete list of prizes, view the “Rewards” page of the Third Bullet software program.
Winning a Gold Card
Any player seated at a cash game can win a Gold Card. Our Random Number Generator (RNG) will release one Gold Card from our Vault each time the table reaches a certain amount of rake. As such, Gold Cards will fall more frequently in higher limit games. If the Gold Card released matches one of your hole cards, the Gold Card will be awarded to your collection even if you have already folded from the hand.

Viewing Your Gold Card Collection
Gold Cards earned are safely stored within your Third Bullet Rewards account. When logged in Third Bullet, you can view your personal Gold Card collection by choosing the 'Rewards' tab, and selecting Gold Card, followed by Collection. All of your Gold Cards will be displayed here.

Do I need a code?
When making your first deposit, we will automatically top your bonus balance with a 100% First Time Deposit Bonus up to $500 in Bonus Cash.
Players taking advantage of a Reload Bonus will need to enter the promotional reload bonus code when making a deposit to receive the bonus funds.
How do I earn my Bonus?
You will earn Frequent Player Points while playing at any real money ring game or real money tournament.
Your bonus will be paid in $10 increments. Each time you earn a payment, your Pending Bonus will decrease until the balance reaches zero.
Ring Games:

For each dollar that is raked at a table where you are dealt cards, you will earn one Frequent Player Point (FPP). We are accurate to the penny, so if your table was raked $1.25, you will receive 1.25 FPP. Each FPP is worth $.06 towards your bonus.
Tournaments:

For each dollar worth of tournament fees you pay, you will earn 7 Frequent Player Points (FPP). We are accurate to the penny, so for a $0.50 tournament fee, you will receive 3.5 FPP.
Do Bonus Funds expire?
You will have three months (dated from the creation of the Pending Bonus) to earn the funds posted to your Pending Bonus balance.
Where can I see my Bonus balance?
When logged in to your Third Bullet account, you will find your bonus cash listed under the Pending Bonus section of the Cashier page.
Can Third Bullet Bonus offers be combined?
Yes. If you are currently earning a bonus and have the opportunity to receive another bonus (such as a reload bonus), you must earn your first current pending bonus before your new bonus. Please note that the expiration date on your new bonus will be set from the day you made the deposit, and not on the day that you actually begin to earn out the new bonus.
If you have any questions about your eligibility for a bonus, please ask our Support Team at Support@ThirdBullet.com.

Third Bullet Poker strives to provide the most true-to-life and sociable place to play poker on the Internet, but not at the expense of cheating or collusion. It is our policy not to allow more than one player per computer, or per connection. This policy is designed to prevent fraud and collusion. Accordingly, if you have a roommate that shares the same network connection with you, only one of you can maintain a Third Bullet Poker account.

If you become disconnected from the Third Bullet server and fail to respond within 25 seconds when it is your turn to act in ANY real money and tournament games, your hand will be set to Fold to Any Bet (this will cause you to check if the action is checked to you or fold if there is action to you). In a multi-table tournament, you'll be given more time to reconnect. When your 25 seconds expires, your 60 second Extra Time bank will engage if you have money invested in the pot. At expiry of time in the Extra Time bank, you will be posted folded, except in the case of the final table at which players will be given up to 240 seconds to re-establish connection prior to being folded. You will continue to post and fold until you are re-connected or eliminated from the tournament (whichever comes first).
THIRD BULLET ASSUMES NO LIABILTY FOR ANY DISCONNECTIONS FOR ANY REASON.
